another "what-the-hell-happened-to-all-the-time" rant
So... I'm back in Malaysia now and have been since Friday afternoon (Malaysian time). I've got to say, I left the UK thinking for the i don't know probably 100th time "where in the world did my 2nd year go?" Well, one of the most obvious answers would probably be "duh.. Mnight" Which is true to a certain extent. When i came back to university at the start of my 2nd year, Malaysia Night preprarations were of course swimming in my mind and remained there all the time until everything was over. But of course, i had other things to worry about as well - essay deadlines, tests, seminar work etc.
But i still cannot believe that I am no longer a 2nd year student. And it scares me even more that when i go back to the UK in October, it'll be my final year in university already - I feel like it was only yesterday i was shifting into my Benefactors room for the first time. Now, i have to seriously start worrying about what I'm going to do once i finish my last year in law school. Scary shit.
Needless to say, my 2nd year was pretty eventful. As if you already haven't heard, it was filled with MSA stuff, Mnight preparations, new law modules like BFI and Islamic Law, new friends, new experiences etc. It was mostly stressful times but there were fun times as well. I've learned a lot from my 2nd year and i think i can say that i've become a little wiser now.
Can't wait to see what's in store for me in my final year!
